The People Behind Shoreline Caulking
Melissa King serves as President of Shoreline Caulking, bringing a unique blend of construction knowledge and insurance expertise. Growing up in a union family, she developed firsthand insight into the industry early on.
In addition to her leadership role, Melissa has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, where she has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of accounts. Her dual background allows her to understand both the technical and risk management aspects of projects — ensuring clients receive reliable, high-quality service at every stage.
Craig Osani serves as Vice President of Shoreline Caulking, bringing more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the industry. Having worked with large, established companies, he has built a strong foundation in the installation and application of caulking and waterproofing systems.
As a Florida native, Craig understands the unique challenges posed by the local climate and environment — from intense UV exposure and high humidity to seasonal storm activity — allowing him to deliver durable, high-quality solutions built to perform for the long term. He is fully certified and highly skilled across all product applications.
